I have tried Swansons, Carlsons, etc but I always come back to this one. Taste is great, I don't burp fish for the next 4 hrs, and I most like the fact that the Vitamin A is all natural. From what I have been able to find out, even though everyone loves the Carlsons, their Vitamin A has been removed and they have added back the synthetic Vitamin A to their Cod Liver Oil . I sent Carlsons 3 emails and they will not answer me concerning their Vitamin A. Therefore, I assume theirs has synthetic Vitamin A.
Not very many people are aware of many wondeful benefits of cod liver oil. A very imprtant one is healing of the joint inflammation and the pain associated with this disease. One table spoon a day and your arthritis is gone for good.
no problem product, highly recommend

I have been used Douglas labs, Nordic Naturals and the other high quality brand. This product is my first experience of Garden of Life. It has no problem, very quality product. I can recommend for you as about the same quality level compared to NN etc. Good quality fish oil has various benefits, Necessary for good health and I think it helps for being attractive humanity. That is the most important nutrient no doubt, especially for likes athletes.

This is probably the best cod liver oil I have taken. It seems to be very good quality. Fermented cod liver oil might be a bit better, but this is a great product. I appreciate that it naturally contains a good amount of vitamin D, and it is amazing for helping with cavities. It is not too fishy-tasting either.
I think it's good

It tastes like lemon. I rubbed a drop on my palm, soon the lemon flavor disappeared and my palm smelled like fish oil. It definitely contains a significant amount of vitamin A, makes a good skin. Don't know about its anti-inflammatory properties, it's hard to test.
