Broiled Scallops

  • 6 oz fresh sea scallops
  • 1/2 c. Ian's Panko Italian Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. granulated garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 c. lemon juice
  • 1 oz butter, melted
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix together breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, garlic, oregano, paprika and Parmesan cheese. Blend thoroughly.
  3. Toss scallops in breadcrumb mixture, coating well. Place scallops in an individual casserole dish.
  4. Drizzle with lemon juice and butter.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes.
