Resist Not the Pleasure of Food with Durk Pearson & Sandy Shaw's Glycemic Control Erythritol
With the arrival of Durk Pearson and Sandy Shaw's Glycemic Control Erythritol, Strategy #1 of Durk & Sandy's 21st century weight loss program has now grown. Thus it's now even easier (and tastier) to promote healthy weight loss by ...
- Lowering the glycemic index of many foods
- Turning what you eat into time released-food
- Avoiding the negative consequences of sugar
Erythritol is a natural sugar alcohol sweetener, with 1/10 the calories of sugar, and much lower risk of laxative effects that other sugar alcohols can cause. It even offers other health benefits.
Research has shown that substituting erythritol for regular sugars may decrease peak glucose and insulin concentrations as well as the total amounts of glucose absorbed and insulin released. When combined in prepared foods to which you would normally add sugar along with a naturally beta-glucan-rich fiber such as Durk Pearson & Sandy Shaw's Glycemic Control Flour, Quick Flakes, Nuggets, or Large Nuggets, or Durk Pearson & Sandy Shaw's Glycemic Control Resistant Starch, the results can be even more dramatic.
As Durk and Sandy say, "You don't have to give up a sweet tooth!"
Durk Pearson & Sandy Shaw's Glycemic Control Erythritol is designed to revolutionize the way you eat, to promote weight loss, and to improve your health, without the need for calorie counting or even exercise—and without giving up the pleasures of eating!
Pleasure without pain... now who could ask for more than that?
Use as a substitute for sugar or other sweeteners. Erythritol is easily incorporated into a wide variety of foods calling for sugar without compromising taste, texture, or appearance compared to other sweeteners.
100% pure erythritol crystalline powder.

iHerb Customer Reviews
I have nothing but compliments on all baked goods made with this Erythritol. It measures exactly as sugar does and tastes wonderful with no stomach upset or fear of my dogs ingesting it with horrific health consequences. I love it.
Erythritol is the best replacement for sugar in my opinion. Just use a bit more than you would with normal sugar, and you won't taste the difference.
