Suggested Use

Peanut Butter & Honey Cookies

  • 1 3/4 cups Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Butter, softened
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease a baking sheet.

    Whisk together flour, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl, combine peanut butter, honey and butter. Add egg and vanilla and mix well.

    Add flour mixture and gently stir until combined.

    Scoop dough into 2-Tbsp balls and place 1 inch apart on prepared baking sheet. Flatten each ball with a fork, making a crisscross pattern. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 30 cookies.

    1/4 cup chopped Walnuts
    3/4 tsp Soda
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    8 oz crushed Pineapple, drained

    Pour this into a greased 8"x8" or 9"x9" pan and bake at 350° until toothpick comes out clean (about 40 minutes). While you are waiting for the cake to cool, mix together this simple icing.

    3 Tbsp soft Margarine

    3 Tbsp softened Cream Cheese

    1/2 tsp Vanilla and enough Powdered Sugar to make it just that right consistency.
