great vitamins for improving concentration, energy, etc. It has EVERYTHING in it so price seems pretty good considering what you get. As a side effect, i've found this combats my ADD better than any drug ive ever used. I probably just have a vitamin deficiency but it has made life hard for many years. Now i have focus factor and I feel completly in control. I think a lot of us have nagging little problems due to missing some little trace element or 'micronutrient'. If so this will reallly clear the board. I highly recommend this product. As to IHerb, they delivered as ordered and on time...getting to me working away from home in Australia. kudos.
