I am shocked that I am the first one reviewing this. This is a very high quality product in my opinion. I first tried the Navitas and thought that was good, however, when I went to re-order that I researched the Sunfood one and found it to have more fiber and carbs which, in my unprofessional opinion, leads me to believe that their process retains more of the plants nutrients. I really enjoy adding this to my protein shakes in the morning.
