    Not impressed

    Posted by 4649516617617694940 on Jul 31, 2013

When I tried this I thought it was ok because I had never used buckwheat. I recently bought a packet of raw buckwheat from my local supermarket and scan now compare. Bob's Red Mill Buckwheat is not a good product if you want to make pilaf and so on. The buckwheat mushes together when cooked.

    Far from my favorite

It's not how I like my buckwheat. The Roasted kind from "Galina" is the best.

    These groats are good

    Posted by Reviewer1852029 on Nov 23, 2008

I love these groats. I have been eating them for a month now and they really are a great addition for anyone who wants to feel more energy. I do put some bee pollen, cinnamon, and flax seed powder on them.

Good organic and raw. I will be sprouting these along with sunflower seeds and then mix with some raw honey and coconut oil and then put them all in a dehydrator to make raw museli.
