Location: Australia, just south of Perth. Interests: All things natural and healthy. I enjoy green smoothies, coffee, experimenting with gluten free recipes and growing my own veggies. Health (or lack of): Rheumatoid arthritis, very gluten intolerant, lactose intolerant (20yr+) I take a number of vitamins and get many of them from iherb.
I started taking this just before Christmas 2013... the nails and hair improvements I noticed within a few months, even a couple of wrinkles seemed less deep. 7 months later I am noticing I can handle dairy (in small amounts) better than I could before (any lactose would cause nasty digestive issues previously). I live in hope that perhaps one day I can handle other FODMAP items - honey would be nice, or an apple but not yet. I am a work in progress :) I mix this with my decaf coffee [Mount Hagen, Organic-Café, Decaffeinated, Freeze Dried Instant Coffee] morning and night and don't notice the taste at all. I soak a heaping spoonful with room temp water while boiling the kettle and never have lumping issues. My dietitian considers the gelatin a good protein source and since I'm not a big meat eater this is an easy way to get some extra protein.

Mr fussy is difficult to fed vitamins too - rather like his father :) Neither of them liked the taste of these.
Ordered these on sale.. I take alot of Fish Oil and it was a good price. Unfortunately I didn't notice that these were NOT odourless tablets and the fishy taste was not to my liking.
I brought these for my 4yr old and he did not like them at all. Neither did my husband (who hates taking tablets and prefers gummies). I ended up having consume them (& I prefer swallowing tablets) but I did not like the taste either. The gummies look cute but we won't be getting them again.
I consume alot of Vit C and get tired of the usual 'Orange' or usually fake orange flavour of the tablets. I hoped these would be a nice change as I like berries.. well I like real berries. These are not at all to my taste. I have no issue with the ingredients, but if you are expecting them to taste like berries, I don't think they do. The good thing is that fortunately the taste doesn't linger.
I got this tea infuser on sale for $1 and am very happy with it. I would have happily paid more. I've several tea infusers and this is my favourite style - it's very easy to empty (into the worm farm) and simple to clean. My arthritic hands have no problems opening this and putting dried tea/herbs into one half of it makes a good strong mug (or two) of brew.
I use this in cooking, smoothies, even my water bottle. I totally agree with the reviewer who said "This salt is more mild than Himalayan salt" According to my 5 yr old it isn't 'salty' and he doesn't care for it on chips or other potato items as it doesn't taste like commercial salt...I'm trying to educate his taste buds :) It is damp, I've never tried it in a grinder - I use it straight out of the packet. Iherb does a great job with delivery and I will order it again.

I like coffee... too much and when I am travelling I like to be able to take a thermos of hot water and some coffee with me. This is a very convenient way to make a nice cup 'on the move' and has the bonus of being decaf so I don't feel guilty if I have some in the evening or late afternoon. My mother (a regular instant decaf drinker) also enjoys this - with milk and sugar unlike my black brew. The Vanilla version is my favourite of these Tasters Choices Instant packets but this is perfectly acceptable for a instant decaf coffee. The convenience factor gives it 5 stars and iherb does deliver quickly even to Western Australia.
This is one of my favourite coffees... it tastes lovely. Smooth, rich and no bitterness. I drink it black and without sugar. I especially like that the packets are very handy to take travelling. iHerb has it at a good price and I've reordered it several times and will continue to do so.

Over halfway through my first bottle of these and have been taking them twice a day. It took a few weeks but my nails have improved alot. For the first time in ages I'm actually having to cut my nails - instead of them breaking off. As others have mentioned the tablets are large, but they are nicely shaped and very easy to swallow. I will continue use these and would definitely recommend them!
