I was told years ago that this was a good product and have been taking it so long, I find it impossible to remember what my physical condition was like before taking it. However, I am of an age at which I need to be concerned about bone density and that fact that it has held steady tells me I am benefiting from this product.
I would prefer a higher dosage of this, but I will continue taking it in the highest mg. I can find. It was recommended to me by an opthamologist as, along with bilberry, a wonderful aid to better eyesight.

I accidentally found Bach's stress relief, and decided to try it on my dog, who suffered terribly during thunder storms. It calmed her better than any of the drugs the vet had given me, including Valium. I've been using it since, on both my dogs, when they seem stressed and it never fails to calm them. I'm thrilled that it's a "natural substance" and can't hurt them.
I have recently begun taking CoQ10 and Red Yeast Rice individually where I had previously been taking a combination pill. One is purported to aid with cholesterol, the other with high blood pressure. I'm in the process of evaluating what is working. I had been informed that Red Yeast Rice contained natural statins...the main ingredient of most cholesterol drugs.
IF you need Vitamin A -- and just about everyone who works under neon lights in an office does -- take it. Your body will tell you how much you need. Odds are you don't get enough in food. It's vital for among other thinks, your skin and your eyesight. I've known people who's "acne" cleared up from just three weeks of taking Vitamin A. Now is the best buy for this, as for most vitamins.
This is a product that affords definitive results, thus I can evaluate it without caveat. It is an excellent daily regulator. I will not take chemicals for any condition if I can avoid them. This serves the purpose well, with no negative side effects.
I would have preferred 500mg. EPA, but you were out, so I settled for this brand. In general, I have noticed a marked difference since taking these Omega-3's. My memory has noticeably improved. As for any other benefits, they are the invisible kind and I won't know about cardio-vascular improvement until I see my doctor. But my improved memory is enough... I'm sold on this product.
Since I increased intake of a number of B vitamins, I do notice a difference. I had occasional hand tremors before; now they have disappeared. I don't know which B, or if it's a combination of B vitamins that is helping, but no matter...I'm extremely pleased at the result.
Most products sold OTC to protect the eyes have a combination of ingredients... all include lutein. As I grow older, I prefer to take a larger dose of lutein. I can't tell you whether or not it's working, but I take on faith that it is. Natural factors makes the right amount for me.
I started taking CoQ10 because I read that it had something to do with mental alertness. I believe it does. This, with a combination of EPA and DHA have definitely improved my memory. This is true beyond question. I'm not entirely certain what particular effect CoQ10 has, but I wouldn't stop using it.
