I read an article on a study done in Korea on capsaicin for fat loss &amp; decided to try it. Having a bunch of ancient injuries &amp; fibromyalgia, it&#39;s hard for me to do a lot of things in reasonable comfort any more. Figuring that the potency guarantee was accurate, I have been taking divided doses of capsaicin at the required level to lose fat - &amp; I have! Whee! The fat is melting away - 22 lbs in just under 3 months - &amp; I have the added benefit of decreased whole-body inflammation &amp; pain &amp; stiffness. How great is that!
I have read several articles that resveratrol @ 150 - 500 mgs/day takes off fat without exercise. Have leg injury so I can barely walk some days; exercise is NOT an option. The combination of reservatrol, rutin, & isoflavones took off 8 lbs in 6 days - only 15 more lbs of UGH-LY fat to go.
Seems to be helping w fat loss. Have leg injury & can't exercise; can barely walk some days. CRAP! Now I have hope, because I HATE fat!
I've been a firm believer in enzyme therapy for over 20 years. Wanted to try these; & they pass my test.
Thought I ordered isoflavones from red clover, since I'm allergic to soy; but when these came, I decided to take 2 caps/day anyway, to aid in fat loss, since leg injury does not allow me to exercise or even to walk much some days. Hating fat with blood-lust, & having read that isoflavones help get rid of ugly fat, I've been trying them. They seem to help in my quest. Altho next time, I'll be sure to specify isoflavones from red clover.
