The length of time for the expiration date or "best used before" date depends on the type of product, as well as the brand.
Perishable items (such as flax oils or certain probiotics) generally have shorter expiration dates. Although our warehouse is fully air-conditioned, these more fragile items are put in cold storage (freezer or refrigeration unit) for maximum freshness.
Our receiving department does its best to verify and then enter the correct expiration dates for all incoming products. However, discrepancies do occur from time to time. This being said, the exceptionally high turnover at iHerb ensures that our inventory is among the freshest in the industry.

Dr. Shyam Singha, well-known Master Acupuncturist, Osteopath and Naturopath and Ayurvedic Physician, recommended his Ayurvedic formula as an aid in relieving many ailments. These including Stress, Muscle and Joint Soreness, Congestion, Skin Conditions, Periodic Tensions and Sleeplessness. Use as a perfect complement to any Purification and Tissue Cleansing Program.
Foot Bath - Dissolve 1 large Tbl spoon of the formula in a bowl of hot water. Soak for 20 minutes. Finish with a short cold soak.
Full Bath - Add 2 oz. to a hot bath (keep it hot). Relax in the water for 20 minutes. Finish with a cold shower, dry with a rough towel, keep warm and relax for best results.
External use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of children's reach. Do not use if hot baths are inadvisable
