Impressed n grateful

Posted by 5661295152745395309 on May 15, 2017 | Verified Purchase

I suspect I had H Pylori, as I started having difficulty with digestion and a string of other symptoms associated with low nutrients and Hashimoto's. Tried taking Betaine with Pepsin but the acid reflux continued daily. Tried digestive enzymes and it helps, but was told they digest the food into sugars too soon and would feed the wrong microbes. This Elm actually stopped my acid reflux issue without the help of enzymes. Very impressed, although I'm not sure if it actually improves digestion, as my hair remains brittle, which may be a sign of nutrient deficiency.
