Been using this product for a few years now. It provides a great energy boost for your morning workout. Don’t use it if you’re not going to work out because you may feel a bit jittery. I would also recommend not using too late in the day - I believe the label says not to use within 5 hours of bedtime. Also, allow some time after using because it will cause a bowel movement.
One of my favorite preworkouts. The Boron in there is a supplement I also take. They claim it boost testosterone and I've read Boron lowers estrogen.
