The handle itself is heavier than a typical toothbrush, but it's actually quite nice. The only slight downside is that the bristles are closer to medium than soft -- it would be nice to have an extra-soft version if possible for those with more sensitive teeth and gums.

So this product had a bit of a learning curve. The bristles are longer than those on a standard toothbrush so my teeth often dragged on the back of the toothbrush when I first started using it. Also, the bristles were harder than a standard toothbrush at first but once they soften up, they feel great. Having a black toothbrush helps me to see when I've rinsed the toothbrush enough so as to not leave any residue behind. Gets my teeth clean, package is easy to open, honestly looks cool and is of good quality.
