I have been taking Potassium Iodide for years for my fybrocystic breast disease and this supplement works wonders. After two weeks the pain in my breast has decreased dramatically. This is a good quality product for the price with the same result as more expensive brands. I find I can take for a three to six months until the symptoms go away and then take a break so as not to overload on iodine. Quality high dose iodine from a reputable brand. Most iodine supplements have a tiny dose iodine ingredient measured in mcg not in mg in them, which is ok for addressing diet iodine deficiency but id far too low for possible emergency use, but this dose is OK. We bought it to have for possible emergency use rather than to address diet deficiency (this dose is too high for that).
since I don't eat any seaweeds - i live far from the sea and it is hard to source seafood that is both fresh and wild- my only alternative is potassium iodine. The thyroid needs it to function optimally. the package is small so you can easily take this with you when travelling. it is a must have supplement. I take it just like my mom takes her thyroid medication, first in the morning on empty stomach. one bottle is lasts a month. this is my first one. Waiting on the benefits.

I personally really don't like the taste of iodine drops, so these pills are an amazing alternative to those. At 30 mg, you get a healthy dose of iodine without the foul taste. Highly recommended.

I know this brand as one of good quality. This supplemeny has only one ingredient, but it does its work, when need. The size of dose is very high, so don’t take it without emergency or by your doctor prescription!
High dose at afordable price. Hope we never need it and in a few years we have to dispose these pills because we dont need them anymore. We are living in dangerous times, and I got three containers for the whole family, just in case.
