I’ve taken the original Now glutathione for 3 months and just switched to this version a month ago. My skin has always been pale so I’m not sure about the brightening effect, but my skin seems moister after finishing one bottle, probably because of the main ingredient phytoceramide. The pills have the same size as the OG glutathione. Highly recommend this quality product if your skin is on the dry side

This is probably my favorite glutathione ever! NOW Solutions produced the best quality! The composition and ingredients of this NOW glutathione is great! The size of the bottle is cute and white. I like it! However, I can only get this in 250 mg. I would like to ask NOW to increase the dosage please??? Can we have this in 500 mg. I am so etching in buying this in 500 mg. There are so many benefits of this product to my skin. My skin is softer, younger-looking and it fades skin hyperpigmentations. I feel great while taking this supplement too! this is the best of glutathione from Now because it does not upset my stomach as the other glutathione from the same company. it did gave me allegic reactions like ithcy skin for the first time i took it. but it was the detox of skin, and i had a coffee and wine that day so maybe that aggravated it. but i went to the gym to work out so that i can get the itchness out of my system, i was scared but i still took it , it did not bother me since. for the ones get itchy or rash, you can go to gym to sweat it out and stop eating sugar for reduce consumption of strong coffee or a bit, you will get over it in a few days
So I was a user of this product last year and I really really liked it because of its whitening effect on my skin. For reference, I have a brown skin that easily gets tanned when out in the sun. I stopped using it because it was a little pricey. I also wanted to try other brands to compare. So far, this is still the fastest skin brightener and has the most noticeable effect! You will love the effect on dark spots and melasma. Those problems disappeared!
So i heard about ceramides and glutathione being good for skin and youthfulness but didn't realise they existed in ONE preparation. I'm so glad i found this, will try it out for 3 months to see if there is any noticeble difference. Do note that other places around the web suggest not taking this long terms as no studies have been done for long term use. However there is a recommendation to take glutathione (in general, not this particular preparation) for 2-3 months, then stop a month, then take a month alternately after that for maintenance. Yet some other sites advise taking for 3-6 month before taking a break (without saying HOW LONG of a break) so I suggest just erring on the side of caution and not overdoing it. DO WEAR SUNSCREEN or all that lightening wont make a difference to your skin health.
