the size is too big but easy to break in half with hands and I eat them half at a time. I like how there is magnesium is d in them.

I love rainbow light brand. I used the prenatal vitamins from them during my whole pregnancy and they didn’t make me feel sick so when I was looking for calcium and magnesium I had to get this. I love this brand. The pills are bigger so if you have a hard time swallowing vitamins I just wanted to let you know but these work great for me and again I love the brand itself and how clean it is. They have so many different products too.

I like the shape of the bottle and the colour of the lid but the pills are quite big and heavy. It feels like you’re swallowing the stones. Anyway I hope it beneficial for my health.

This particular brand has given me just what I needed. As a vegan I need to take calcium in addition to vitamin D, and the magnesium as well as the other bonuses like spirulina make me feel like I'm getting a solid combination of the nutrients I need to supplement my daily diet. I recently started taking two tablets rather than one, as I received some blood work where my vitamin D could have been higher. So I think with 2 it should be the perfect amount.

My Teenage daughter like how good it works. Size is a bit big but no complaints after see the results.
