Superior product, absorbs well, helps to replenish trace minerals. Plant minerals absorb better and are utilised far more effectively than other forms of minerals. It also tastes great. Highly recommended.

So i started taking this after I heard about it in a liver cleanse book by andreas moritz. I've only been taking it for a few weeks and it's been alongside several other changes I've made so it's hard to tell how much of a difference it's made. But regardless, as it stands I'll continue using it daily. I must say i don't think much to the taste. It doesn't taste like tangerine and it's not easy to swallow but thankfully it's only a teaspoonful
