Promo Codes Terms & Exclusions

• Promotional codes are subject to expiration dates, number of uses, combinable terms, and restrictions as stated on the promotional banner or offer. Any additional restrictions will also be stated in-cart. iHerb reserves the right to modify or cancel any promo codes at any given time.
• Promotional codes may only be valid on specified products, brands, or categories. Please see exclusions and restrictions reflected in the details of the offer.
• Promotional codes must be entered at checkout. Only one promotional code may be entered per order. Discounts on eligible products will be applied in cart.
• Certain excluded brands do not qualify for promotional discounts. If a promotional code requires a certain order threshold, excluded items do not count towards the promo order total. See list of excluded brands in the “ExcludedBrands” section below.
• Not all promotional codes can be combined. Whether or not promotional codes can be combined depends on the types of promotional codes applied. For example, two promotional codes that each offer a total order discount cannot be used together or “stacked”. However, some total order discount promotional codes can be combined with a discount on a specific item. If a total order discount promotional code can be combined with a specific item discount, it will be stated in the fine print of the offer.
• Rewards code or link discounts cannot be combined with any promotional code discounts for any order. If both Rewards and promotional codes are added to the cart, the greater of the discounts off of the total order would be the one that gets applied.
• Some email-only promotions may offer each customer a unique, one-time use code that can only be used by the email recipient, as stated in the details of the offer. These promotional codes are non-transferrable.
• Promotional codes have no cash value. Promotional codes are void when expired, altered, prohibited, or restricted. iHerb reserves the right to limit quantities and promotional periods.

Trial Items Terms & Exclusions

• Trial pricing is limited to one trial item per order and may not be combined with other offers. If more than one trial item is added to cart, trial pricing will automatically apply to the first trial item added to cart only.
• Trial pricing is limited to one-time use per product and to first-time purchase of product only.

Excluded Brands:

A small number of brands request that we exclude them from our sales. We value and respect our relationship with them and as such, the below brands are not included in our promotions:

Rewards Discount Terms & Exclusions

• Rewards discounts are subject to restrictions as stated below. iHerb reserves the right to modify or cancel any rewards codes or link discounts at any given time.
• Rewards codes or link discounts may not be combined with promotional code discounts. If both codes are entered in cart, the code offering the maximum discount will automatically be applied to the order.
• Rewards discounts may not be combined with any third-party affiliate offers (e.g. Cash Back or Points Back program). When an affiliate offer and Rewards discount are both applied in cart, the discount tied to the one last entered will be applied to the order.
