Suggested use

Lather sponge with warm water and your favourite bath soap or gel.
Gently cleanse your skin with slow, circular motions using the appropriate side of the sponge.
Thoroughly rinse and air-dry the sponge. Use daily for best results, replacing the sponge every 4-6 weeks.
