Refill Directions

1. To load refills, pull forward on the thumb tab on top of the front cover to open the dispenser.
2. Remove the old floss core from the spindle.
3. Insert the floss so that the loose thread comes up from the bottom on the left side (flip around if needed).
4. Thread the floss through the slot opening
5. Lift the front cover and snap it closed securely.

Flossing Directions

1. Wrap approximately 18" of floss around your middle fingers.
2. Pull the floss into a "C" shape around the tooth and slide it up and down the sides of each tooth, ensuring to also work below the gum line.
3. Continue flossing between each tooth using a new section of floss with each tooth for best results.
