Perhaps because it contains active Vitamin B, I can definitely feel the difference in my fatigue recovery speed, and my body feels light when I wake up in the morning. Unlike other products that just claim to have high dosages, I can really feel how well my body absorbs it, so I have settled on this product.

The packaging is environmentally friendly, and the product's ingredients and quality are the most reassuring I've ever used. It offers numerous benefits, and given its high frequency of use, a better choice is warranted. It's odorless, highly effective, and the dosage and usage information can be found in the product details.

I did a lot of research before choosing this product, hoping it will help me get enough Vitamin B! I don't need to take it every day because I'm not deficient in much, and such a big bottle is quite cost-effective! It was shipped from Korea to Japan, which was faster and more convenient than I expected. The Sagawa delivery locker was also very convenient!

Active vitamin B complex with a noticeable effect
Verified Purchase
I've tried several brands of vitamin B complexes, but AOR Advanced B Complex delivers a noticeable boost in speed and effectiveness. Unlike typical B complexes, most of the active ingredients are in the active form—B2 is riboflavin-5-phosphate, B6 is pyridoxal-5-phosphate, and B12 is methylcobalamin—so they don't require conversion and are used immediately. The most noticeable changes I've noticed since taking it are a clearer mind and more stable energy levels. I've noticed less afternoon fatigue and drowsiness, and I've been able to focus longer when coding, document work, or performing repetitive tasks. I've also experienced minimal stomach discomfort. However, because the ingredients are so potent, taking it with a regular multivitamin can lead to excessive B-complex intake, so caution is advised. The capsules are a convenient size and have a mild odor, making them easy to take. Considering the quality of the ingredients, the formula, the absorbability, and the overall feel, I feel like this is a B complex that will boost your daily efficiency. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a B complex that delivers a noticeable boost.

AOR Vitamin B Complex Active Form Benfotiamine Inositol
Verified Purchase
All B vitamins are active, and they also contain benfotiamine, folic acid, and inositol. They come in green capsules and are a comfortable size to swallow. I haven't experienced any side effects from the niacin flush. Because B vitamins are easily spoiled, I take them regularly, taking care to store them properly. Since I swallow the capsules, there's no noticeable taste.

The ingredients are pure, and the proportions of each vitamin are well-balanced, eliminating the need for additional supplements. The effects are significant. I will definitely repurchase.
