A specialized probiotic using 3 different strains in total and containing an unique Faecium strain. Low concentrated with 16 million per capsule. However the combination of these 3 probiotics is known to increase their growth and actions in symbiosis by dozens to a hundred fold. That balances the low concentration out again, or you can say, is the reason for it.
I have been and still am taking it since about 1,5 months together with other probiotics now. It´s possible that this probiotic did cause some initial short term side-effects which included a change but clear initial reaction in my stomach cramps(they became more often but the intervalls and intensity were much shorter and much milder), more gas then usual and a bit more acne than usual. After about 5 days to a week the side-effects were indeed starting to settle down. After 10 days to 2 weeks they were gone and ever since it has only been improvement and benefits in all areas: My skin, my digestion and my mood improved too.
The product comes in a large, unusual purple bottle. The size of the capsules is large. This can maybe make them hard to swallow for elderly people for example. Something to keep in mind. I didn´t notice any quality issues, all seemed fine.
Only downside of this product: Quite expensive for what it is. We are talking about a low concentration and only 3 probiotic strains here too and it idealy is taken twice a day, 2-3 capsules. No matter how you look at it, this makes this probiotic quite expensive and I definitely have to take 1 star away for that. No matter how you twist and turn it: Other products offer MUCH better price-performance ratios. Other then that I would fully recommend this product.
