The scent is milder than I have expected even though it's citrus-based. I drop four drops on a cotton ball and place it in my bedroom. Yes, the fragrance is mild yet smells natural and sweet. I do not recommend dropping the oil blend on to your pillow or toy unless you want it to be dyed in blue. Overall, the nice combination of smell helps soothing my nerves

The citrus note in this is a bit strange. It smells like lemon candy and sulfur? Resembles bergamot more than lemon. It also smells very similar to Focus blend.

I used this with melatonin and it seemed to go great with that. Definitely a gentle essential oil not to overpowering. You add a few drops to their pillow, carpet or favourite teddy, and it helps them relax and fall asleep.

The smell is fantastic but the colour though came out a dark green. I put a few drop onto my daughter's favourite plush toy and was shocked to see it had such a strong colour. It gave the poor rabbit a little stain. Thankfully it could be washed off afterwards!
