I highly recommend this product. I get bone scans every few years as I have a family history of Osteoporosis, and also my bone density is below the normal range and has been since I was young. I have been using this product for just over 5 years now, and in my latest scan a few months ago my density not only maintained, but increased by a very small percentage! This may not seem like much, but at my age it would be expected to decrease, so this is a huge deal. thank you

Have only been using this product for a month or so. It is easy enough to get it from your company and no problem to take on a daily basis. My only complaint is that the product unit only lasts 20 days - not a month or even 3 weeks. This does mess up calculating how many boxes you need to order to take it on a long term basis and it makes it more expensive since you need to order 3 boxes instead of just 2 to last 2 months.
