Is very sweet but It has the natural flavor of the beet, I really like that 1 scoop are 3 beets. For the benefits I Will have to wait to see them. But I really appreciate that it has no sugar and you can enjoy a fresh beet juice within your house

Beet has many health benefit, the one that I find most useful is that it helps with blood pressure due to nitric oxide. It is best taken before any strenuous or sport activities. I like it, the smell is not great but the taste is wonderful and the way it makes you feel. My legs feel great and I have more stamina..I can drink this all day..
