I started them and at first i felt like I wasn't losing any weight, butI continued with the whole bottle and checked my weight at the end of the bottom and lost about 5 lbs after about 30 days of reduced calorie diet and exercise. I then did not take them for the next 30 days and i only lost 2 pounds in 30 days. I order them again and took them for 30 days ad lost an additional 6lbs. I bought this product as I had severe digestion issues due to my gut microbiome being killed off by a course of strong antibiotics. I think it has definitely benefitted my gut as I have had way less bloating and gas since taking this product. Yes the price is steep but I personally think the quality of the ingredients in this supplement makes up for the price.
