Pleasant cherry flavor, easy to take if you don't like capsules. A good option for supporting your nervous system throughout the day. The effect is noticeable, and Dr. Mercola's quality is, as always, excellent.

It doesn't smell very good, but after taking it for a while, my sleep quality has improved, so I will continue to take it.
