Mother in law swears by these for dairy support
Verified Purchase
Got these for my mother in law who is very sensitive to dairy. She takes one whenever she wants a “treat”, like a slice of pizza, and says they help her avoid any GI issues. They’re easy for her to swallow, no weird taste, and seem to have decent quality enzymes.

This product has become a real lifesaver for me. Now I can enjoy my favorite ice cream or cappuccino without any stomach discomfort. They're very convenient to take, and the effects come on quickly, giving me complete freedom in my food choices. I'm very happy I found this product, as my quality of life has noticeably improved.

If our body has difficulty digesting dairy products, the main reason is a lack of lactase in the intestines—the enzyme that digests lactose. Enzymes are designed to break down specific types of foods or compounds, so the more or less lactase we have, the better or worse we digest lactose.

Enzymedica — Lacto (90 capsules) Probiotic for digestive support. A very good product for maintaining intestinal microflora and normal digestion. It helps reduce bloating and heaviness after meals, especially if you have irregular or fatty meals. The formula contains several strains of lactobacilli that have proven themselves in practice. It's easy to take, and the package lasts a long time. An excellent choice for those who want to maintain intestinal balance without unnecessary additives. Pros: high-quality ingredients, noticeable effect on digestion. Cons: results appear gradually—a course of several weeks is required.

Enzymedica's lactase enzyme: It's very good and helpful if you consume dairy and experience bloating and indigestion. Its concept is clear, and its formula is specifically designed to digest milk sugar. A specialized product and worthwhile if you truly need it.

For me, this is a really useful thing. I love dairy products, but after milk, ice cream or some desserts, I often feel heaviness and not very comfortable. I decided to try Lacto and now I take a capsule when I know I will eat something dairy. I noticed the difference almost immediately - after eating, I feel much more comfortable, there is no heaviness that was there before. Of course, this does not mean that now you can eat dairy without restrictions, but for me the product is very helpful. It is especially convenient to take with you to a cafe or restaurant. Now one package is always in my purse.

Amazing!

This product is amazing! I can finally enjoy ice cream and other dairy foods again without any discomfort or bloating. It really works — no more stomach pain or heaviness after dairy-heavy meals. I love that it’s vegan and made with clean ingredients. Definitely one of the best enzyme supplements I’ve tried — pure quality and worth every cent! Highly recommend to anyone with lactose sensitivity.
