The quality and ingredients are excellent. The quantity is good because it is 206 mg. It does not give immunity, but it is aesthetic and does not cause acidity. The packaging is good.

It helps a lot

Caffeine really gets you going: you wake up instantly, your thoughts become clearer, and your energy and focus are top-notch. It's especially enjoyable when combined with L-theanine—it gives you a boost of energy without the jitters. The effect is noticeable almost immediately. However, you shouldn't overdo it and take it daily, as I've noticed addiction sets in.

Super!
Verified Purchase
An excellent, high-quality product. The ingredients are perfectly selected. I didn't experience any allergies or other adverse reactions. The package is large, so it will last a long time. The capsules are medium-sized. The flavor is neutral. The supplement arrived quickly and undamaged. It contains only beneficial, natural ingredients and folic acid. My bowel function and metabolism have improved. I noticed the first results after a week of use. My nervous system began to function better. I'm less nervous. I liked everything, and I have no doubt the vitamin's effectiveness. Be sure to check the dosage for your age.

The quality is excellent. The taste is neutral. The composition is nothing superfluous. The dosage is optimal. The packaging is convenient. I confirm the effectiveness. I took it for use before training - the result and benefit are there, energy appears. Frequency - it is better not more than 2 tablets per day. I recommend
