I'm a very seasoned lifter but been away from gym and getting back to it. Thought might get a little boost from this. Tried this as per instructions without any impact or feeling during without. Tried upsizing the dosage and again felt nothing. Only thing noticed was my blood pressure spiked when taking. Won't order again and don't recommend. Expect more from this brand which I've had good experience with in past for other products.
