I love this product, and so do my kids. Clean, organic, high quality ingredients, taste is excellent! Since we're taking it preventively, as a means to maintain health, I can't talk about improvement. Size is just right. It's also a small healthy treat during the day. They do tend to stick together, but a good shake always helps. No toxic coating on them.
I have finish 1 bottle for the supplement. Taste is good, but the gummy is slightly sticky. I can see hair stop to fall and do show some positive sign on hair grow. But i think there is other brand in iherb that is much better than this for gummy supplement.

I really like it, tastes great and not too sweet. There are 60 gummies and you take 2 per day so it's enough for a month. Quality is great and the ingredients are all fruit.
My nails are normally really thin and easy to break. I did notice that after taking this, they definitely became a lot harder and didn’t break as often, but why are gummies always so sweet? I wish they had a sugarless option cause the flavour will only last for a while anyways, we don’t need that extra sugar dosage everyday.
The taste isnt amazing its a little strong but not unpleasant, I do actually reach for them when I have a sweet tooth moment instead of reaching for regular candy gummies. They can get a little sticky in the bottle but they have a nice firm texture not gooey. I do feel since taking them that Ive noticed an improvement in the texture and strength of my hair and nails and my skin has been in good condition. so I would say it has been beneficial.
Not crazy about the flavor with this one. Not sweet. Texture is harder for a gummy supplement. I bought this for the organic ingredients. Using for scalp psoriasis, skin, nails and thinning hair.
