Himalaya Guggul
Verified Purchase
I have been taking this Guggul supplement for a few weeks to help manage my cholesterol levels. The capsules are easy to swallow and didn't cause any digestive upset for me. It is a steady, traditional herbal option that feels high-quality. I haven't seen dramatic changes yet, but I feel good about keeping it in my daily routine.

Guggul supplement from Himalaya
Verified Purchase
This is a natural herbal product extracted from the resin of the Commiphora whitei tree (Indian sage), primarily used in traditional Ayurvedic medicine to support cholesterol and triglyceride levels already within the normal range. The product's main purpose is to help maintain normal levels of LDL (bad) cholesterol, HDL (good) cholesterol, and triglycerides, and to support liver function in detoxifying the body. It also supports metabolism and thyroid function: some reviews and experiences suggest it contributes to improved conversion of thyroid hormones (from T4 to active T3), which promotes fat burning, weight management, and increased energy. Quality and Ingredients: *Vegetarian Capsules. Free from genetically modified ingredients (non-GMO), gluten, soy, and artificial fillers. Contains a blend of pure resin extract and stem powder to ensure high potency. Traditional Usage: It is generally recommended to take two capsules twice daily after meals, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Trusted Quality: Himalaya has been known for providing pure, high-quality herbal supplements since 1930. Excellent Gradual Results: Many users report improvements in their lipid profiles and support for joint health and digestion with consistent use. Easy-to-Swallow Capsules: The vegetarian capsules are gentle on the stomach and do not leave a strong bitter aftertaste like raw herbs. Precautions and Points to Consider: Hormonal Effect: Gogol may have an estrogen-like effect in the body.

Key ingredient with many benefits
Verified Purchase
Some great benefits as it support healthy lipid metabolism, joint comfort, and inflammatory balance, while also aiding digestion and metabolic vitality, and the conversion of T4 to the more active T3 hormone. Preferably taken with healthy fats so it can improve absorption
