I tried it and got a headache almost every day. A mild headache would have been worth it to me to ramp up my energy while on keto diet and/or at least burn more fat. I noticed neither to any significant extent. No change from me doing just a keto diet with regular vitamins so not worth it to me. Three stars cause it didn’t seem to halt any progress, but it just didn’t work well enough for me.
