It is a very good supplement to overall health and energy levels. The quality of both the product and packaging is amazing, and the dropper is very easy to use. The taste is not overwhelming, and I personally really use it. I'm willing to buy it again, and I trust it.

Purchase this rice because have been told that Californian rice has the least arsenic. Very concerned that brown rice carried high content of arsenic from other sources which is detrimental to health.
