I bought it for my 5 yo son and was surprised how easily he was able to swallow it, pills are really tiny-small! The reason I got these probiotics is because they don’t have all those crazy artificial colorings and sweeteners, these pills are straight simple with only needed good strains of bacteria and nothing else. And they did help my son with his bloated stomach and unusual very often burps (it all started after winter flue and nothing was helping including watching his diet and doing a course of vitamins). I’m glad I found this brand and this product! P.s. they weren’t shipped in an ice pack, came in regular shipping box.
