I usually take another cod liver on amazon, but I could not this time so I tried this. I love natural factors products. I still do not know if I am benefiting from this but it has a good quality, no fish taste and smell, it's a good source of vitamin A. I think I need a higher dose so I take two capsules. The capsule's size is a little puffy and big, better take it with food because some sensible people might have problems. I have low ferritin and I take it with a heme iron supplement to help the levels. In my opinion cod liver oil is a good source of omega. Overall is a nice supplement.

This is a nice quality fish oil for daily use. I haven’t noticed any fishy taste when I take it with food. It is a bit bigger of a pill than some cod liver oils I have used but it is packed full of omegas and all the good stuff.
This product is better as usual fish oil, or another omega , since ingredients are got from Cod liver only. The product first of all good for heart and blood vessels, hair, skin, nails. Must have for everyone, especially for people age 40+. Big size package allows to use it for few months. Has neutral taste, no fish or so.

Good quality cod liver oil gels. There's vitamin a and d in the ingredients for better absorption. Gel is average and easy to swallow.
