so I bought this to try it out to help my sleep. I already take melatonin and a form of magnesium. I wake up at five every morning and take a cold bath and then work out. And have a lot of energy. Last night I took this for the first time. I woke up this morning and now three hours later still feel very sluggish. I didn’t enjoy my workout and didn’t feel energized at all. am I the only one? Is it really from this? I don’t know the exact answer but I guess I’ll try a couple more days.
