I use this liquid coconut oil to remove the foundation on my face before washing it because I feel that the face wash it self doesn't take it off as much. I like the liquid because it's more convenient than getting a scoop from the jar and melting the coconut oil in your hands.

Everybody knows the benefits of coconut oil by now, but some people don't like to use it because it gets solid so soon. This liquid coconut oil is fantastic to use when you'd like it to stay liquid. I particularly like it for dribbling on salad or popcorn. While I use "normal" coconut oil (the kind that turns solid right away) in most recipes, this is also good for cooking. The aroma is so mild and the taste is delicious. A lot of liquid coconut oils are only for external use, so I love this one because I can ingest it!

I love this liquid coconut oil. It comes in handy when you want a coconut oil that pours. And as an added bonus, a small amount of this oil on a a little terry cloth square makes a great tooth wash for my dogs too. They don't like regular doggy toothpaste, but they love this. I can scrub forever, and they just keep licking it. Coconut oil is suppose to have anti-bacterial properties. So far their teeth are nice and white.

because I'd have to buy one a week - oy vey ! So far I have used it for cooking , making mayo , as a supplement for my old dogs, in Kefir smoothies and as a after shower moisturizer. It has a very delicate coconut taste, that does not come through in a smoothie as some other brands. I make kefir for the whole family and some hate coconut. Coconut oil has health benefits too numerous to list here, I will get this brand as a treat as I can afford it.
