We need Vit D!
Verified Purchase
We started taking this during Covid as a supplement to make sure we're getting enough Vitamin D and have never stopped, especially during the cold and winter seasons.

Is there a difference if it has been fermented?
Verified Purchase
After using this bottle for a while, I was too lazy to buy more on iHerb. I bought another brand of D3 at a nearby pharmacy. After a few days, my family complained of diarrhea. However, we'd never had this problem with New Chapter's D3 before, so I had to order it on iHerb again.
