It helps me sleep and calm down. Whenever I'm nervous or angry, my heart tends to beat too fast as much as shaking my hands. This tendency easily puts me in trouble. But I heard that magnesium can enhance heart condition and support good-night sleep. So I chose this product cuz I have trusted this brand. And it really helps me reduce the symptom which have been bothering me for loooong time. I recommend anyone who concerns heart condition. One point I don't like is the size of one tablet is too big to consume.

I like New Chapter supplements as they are of great quality. I like the ingredients of this product, magnesium with ashwagandha as they are very beneficial to take in the evenings for relaxation and better sleep. Both ingredients have many health benefits and I believe taken regularly they make a difference.

I am suffering from occasional eye twitch that can last for up to 1 month if left untreated. I realize that it's related to magnesium deficiency. Magnesium tends to be depleted quickly if we're exposed to a lot of stress. After 1 month of taking this supplement I can tell that it definitely works! I think ashwagandha does it's job in helping the body to cope with stress. Already repurchased another bottle.

This is, hands down, one of my favorite magnesium supplements. I take magnesium to help with sleep as well as migraines and take this right before bed. I really like the added ashwagandha and the pill size is not very large (especially for a magnesium supplement!). I highly recommend it.

I have deeply sleeping when I take it 1 hr before go to bed. I have had feeling no sleeping when I wake up a several years ago. My doctor tell me to take ashwagandha, magnesium and I-theanine to relax my pressure. The capsule is quite big but u can easy to beat it into small pieces. Recommended.

I slept really well with this. woke up a few times to go to the bathroom but I dreamed a lot and woke up refreshed.

This is very good at relaxing and helping you fall asleep, but I always wake up in the middle of the night or early morning.

I order it for good night sleep and calmness of heat and regularly have it for more than a month. I think it helps the heart relief but I'm not sure of the effectiveness for sleep. I'm going to keep taking this for more than a month.
