Excellent!

I have purchased several D3&K2 products before and I must say this has the best quality so far although the packaging is kinda poor. The size, absorption as well as the ingredients per dosage is fine, and it has no taste. I can clearly see the effect! With the ozone layer being gradually thinned by human influence, the "sun exposure" to convert vitamin D into D3 is deficient. This product is probably a great choice for our bone and immune system.

My doctor recommended me this product and Im very satisfied. This one is with K-2 factor with is the best vitamin D . And notice that it is 1000 IU which means that you need to take 4 pills at once because the daily dose of Vitamin D is 4000 IU. I had vitamin D deficiency many years because I live in North with little sunshine. So I know know what a good vitamin D is.

My last Vit D levels were slightly low, so I’m increasing this to twice per day. I also take magnesium to help absorption. Summertime will help raise my levels also. 20 minutes of sun exposure everyday is recommended. Thankfully, I don’t burn easily.
