I’ve been taking these acidophilus capsules for a few weeks and I’m happy with them. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t upset my stomach. I feel like my digestion is more regular and I have less bloating. Overall — a good probiotic supplement that I plan to keep using

i like solgar as a company they have quality products especially their probiotics line. i usually buy the advanced plus acidophilus but they dont carry it anymore so i went with the 40+ it has a bit more strains we will see how it is over time you get 2 jars in the box so it will last a long time. i trust solgar hope it will help even more with my gut issues.

The benefits of probiotics on the gut-brain axis have been clinically proven. I feel great taking one capsule daily, and the price is excellent, so I'll definitely be taking it long-term.

I've been using this probiotic for a while now and I'm very happy with the results. It has been gentle on my stomach and I've noticed an improvement in my digestion and less bloating. The capsules are easy to swallow, and the quality is exactly what I expect from Solgar. I would definitely purchase it again.

Every other type I've tried hasn't done my stomach any good. Tasteless. Excellent size for swallowing. I take one or two as needed. The best quality products available. Packaging lasts a long time. Benefits - I suffer from problematic irritable bowel syndrome and it really helps me with regular bowel movements. It's a shame they're stopping making the product.

I've been taking this supplement for many years. I add the powder from the capsules to yogurt to improve the digestion of dairy products. Also, whenever I feel like my digestion is off, I start taking these capsules. They help with gut flora, digestion, and the elimination of toxins from the body.

A very good probiotic complex, especially for those over 40. After regular use, my digestion has noticeably improved—the feeling of heaviness, bloating, and discomfort has disappeared. Irritable bowel movements have also become less frequent, and my bowel movements have become more normal. The formula is balanced, containing several strains of lactobacilli and bifidobacteria, providing a broad spectrum of microflora support. The capsules are easy to swallow, odorless, and cause no discomfort.
