After 2 months: stronger in Body Pump, less soreness, faster recovery. Dissolves easily, no taste, no gritty texture. The 248g tub lasts about 2 months at half teaspoon. Great value versus buying creatine and HMB separately.

I did some reading on this brand's creatine and found my research to reveal that it was a good product with quality ingredients. The only thing that got past me is that it includes stevia. That is on me, of course, but what it does is render it somewhat sweet. Good thing I don't mind a little bit of stevia, but I do wonder why a non-flavored creatine would include it. At any rate, this is a quality product and I can recommend it if you don't mind a slight-to-moderate sweetness.
