Very important supplement that has very important ingredients like folic acid and niacin flush ,, its good for nervous system and metabolism,, and give energy,, suitable capsules size ,, not bad taste
Good product for a good price. Age 50+ also needs vitamin B stress supplements. All the vitamins in it are of smaller potencies and that makes me feel good. But I'm bothered by folic acid, which is not here in the form of folate, which is better absorbed. I buy it regularly. But for this very problem, I plan to alternate it with vitamin B stress from Swanson
