How about a Homemade Muscle Rub?

This DIY product will help to penetrate deep into the muscle, bringing a soothing and relaxing sensation.

To make this muscle rub, put 1/2 cup coconut oil and 1/4 cup grated beeswax into a glass jar. Put the jar into a saucepan with 2 inches of water on low or medium heat.

Allow the oil and wax to melt and then stir. Add 2 teaspoons cayenne powder and 2 teaspoons ginger or turmeric powder and stir.

Allow cooling. Add 15 drops peppermint essential oil and 15 drops lavender essential oil. Pour into metal or glass storage containers and allow to set. Use on sore or fatigued muscles.
